We have started collaboration with our long adored hero, illustrator Bjørn Rune Lie.
Bjørn is a Norwegian illustrator who lives in Bristol, UK with his wife, son and pesky cat called Margot. Since graduating from University College Falmouth in 2001, his images have appeared on milk cartons, magazine covers, text books and album covers across the globe. As well as doing commissions for a range of clients, he also finds time to do his own artwork and book projects. 
Moving away from his home country has led him to fully realize the beauty of endless forests, deep snow and the smell of pine trees. He often creates strangely beautiful scenes that are teeming with anatomically incorrect characters. Bjørn loves cats, coffee and country music. He’s often flustered and his hair is thinning rapidly.

Olemme aloittaneet yhteistyön pitkään ihailemamme kuvittajan Bjørn Rune Lien kanssa.
Bjørn on norjalainen kuvittaja, joka asuu vaimonsa, poikansa ja ärsyttävän Margot-kissansa kanssa Bristolissa. Valmistuttuaan vuonna 2001 Bjørn on kuvittanut kirjojen, levyjen ja lehtien kansia, siideripulloja, keittiöpyyhkeitä, maitotölkkejä ja kirjoja. Kansainvälisten asiakkaiden tilaustöiden rinnalla hän työskentelee omien taide- ja kirjaprojektiensa parissa. Englantiin muutettuaan Bjørn on löytänyt Norjan upottavien hankien ja tuoksuvien mäntymetsien koko kauneuden. Bjørnin vinksahtaneet hahmot seikkailevat usein oudon kauniissa maisemissa. Helposti hämmentyvä Bjørn rakastaa kissoja, kahvia ja countrymusiikkia. Hänen tukkansa ohenee vauhdilla.
